Rates
We offer retainer packages where clients pay a discounted rate and any additional hours are billed at the same discount. Clients who contract on a retainer basis get priority status, and our time is planned and reserved for them in advance.
Packages:
Starter – 5 hour Prepaid Package $ 65
By selecting the Starter Plan, you will receive 5 hours of services per month for $65.00. This plan offers you an 7% savings off of our standard hourly rate.
If you have never worked with a Virtual Assistant or are not sure how much service you will need later, this package is for you.
Smart – 10 hour Prepaid Package $ 120
By selecting the Smart Plan, you will receive 10 hours of service per month for $120.00. This plan offers you a 15% savings off of our standard hourly rate.
If you already know that you will need at least 10 hours of services per month, then this package is perfect for you.
Savvy – 15 hour Prepaid Package $ 165
By selecting the Savvy Plan, you will receive 15 hours of services per month for $165.00. This plan offers you a 22% savings off of our standard hourly rate.
If you plan to seriously concentrate on your business and will need more free time for doing that, or if you are working long hours and already know how much you could use 20 hours of service, this is the ideal plan for you.
Hourly Pay As You Go Plan: $ 14 per hour
2 hour minimum is required each month that service is provided. Payment in advance is not required.
Monthly retainer hours do not roll over to the next month.
Virtual Projects clients pay only for the exact time worked. Time spent on projects is tracked and billed by the minute.
